When we arrived early Friday morning June 18 we were told, According to the front desk clerk that our reservation was cancelled, no show. We made the reservations about 9:30 Friday evening. When making the reservation on line, I put we would be arriving between 2-3. She eventually made a “new reservation” and wanted to charge my CC again. I had already paid on line. She had to call a supervisor to get an ok to do this. She was, at first, was not willing to help us get it straight, she just kept telling us our reservation was cancelled due to no show. I have always stayed at the Hampton Inns when traveling and never had a problem.

Penny was the first person I encountered during my stay. She was beyond friendly and very knowledgeable about everything that I could possibly need to know about my stay. She was unforgettable to say the least. Her positive attitude was simply outstanding and her enthusiasm for her job extremely evident. You should be proud that she represents your company so well.

The breakfast was very good. We were pleasantly surprised with the quantity and quality of items available. The favorite was the egg white frittata. The Red Velvet Belgian waffles were delicious as well. Perfect location. Near highways, and many choices of restaurants.

Clean rooms with very nice staff. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. There is a no frills pool if you want to splash around. The complementary breakfast was very good with yogurt, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, coffee, fruit, and oatmeal. Above and beyond!
